Welcome to our digital application for oenological calculations and technological wine recipes. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

The services on this site are intended for persons who have reached the legal age for the consumption and production of alcoholic beverages.

1. General terms and identification

  1. These Terms govern the relationship between the owner/operator of the web application and any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the service.
  2. By accessing the web application, generating content, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
  3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the web application.

2. Description of the service

  1. The service is a digital tool that provides automated calculations, oenological dosages, nutrient schedules, and personalised winemaking worksheets for home and craft winemaking.
  2. The service is intended only for personal, hobby, and informational use.
  3. The calculations provided for expected alcohol, sugar content, and dosages are for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute alcohol sales or encouragement of illegal production.

3. Disclaimer and oenological guidance

  1. All calculations, additive dosages, and schedules are based on generally accepted oenological formulas and are provided as guidance only.
  2. The final result depends on hygiene, grape quality, temperature control, measurement accuracy, and oxygen exposure — factors outside the provider's control.
  3. The provider does not guarantee a specific sensory profile, prevention of faults, or completion of fermentation.
  4. The provider is not financially, materially, or legally liable for lost production, damaged equipment, or lost profits.
  5. The generated protocols are for informational and advisory purposes only and are based solely on data entered by the user. Errors in initial measurements (for example, incorrectly measured Brix) directly affect the results.

4. Prices, payments, and intellectual property

  1. Generating and downloading a full personalised worksheet is paid according to the regional prices shown in the application at the time of purchase. Prices are final and include applicable tax.
  2. Payments are processed securely by certified payment providers. The application does not store card details.
  3. With a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generated document for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

  1. Because the content is digital, generation starts immediately after purchase and withdrawal rights do not apply where permitted by law.
  2. Refunds are allowed only for proven duplicate payment or a lasting technical issue that prevented the service from being generated.

6. Limitation of liability

  1. The software product is provided as is, without express or implied warranties.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific purchase.
  3. The user is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the final wine, including compliance with local laws and regulations governing the production and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

7. Personal data

  1. The provider processes personal data, such as email address, transaction data, and IP address, in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

8. Governing law and disputes

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian and European law.
  2. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, by the competent court.

9. Changes to these Terms

  1. The provider may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect after publication in the application.
